We are seeking a passionate and holistic superstar to join our extended care team. You will work with patients, whānau and their healthcare providers to deliver a clinical pharmacist service that improves medicines’ therapeutic effectiveness. If you are a person passionate about supporting individuals and whānau on their hauora journey, enhancing their own capacity to take care of their wellbeing, then this could just be the role for you.
As a key member of the extended care team, with dietitians and social workers, you will be contributing to the collective team knowledge and support for the wellbeing of our community.
